Season of Smiles Foundation – Spot Us. Snap Us. $100 Giveaway

Please read the following Official Rules before participating. By entering the promotion, you agree to these rules.

1. SPONSOR

The Spot Us. Snap Us. $100 Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Season of Smiles Foundation Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Members, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers of Season of Smiles Foundation Inc., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning.

4. QUARTERLY DRAWING PERIODS

The Promotion operates in quarterly drawing periods:

January 1 – March 31
April 1 – June 30
July 1 – September 30
October 1 – December 31

Entries must be received during the applicable drawing period to be eligible for that quarter’s drawing.

The current drawing period ends December 31, 2026. Regular quarterly drawing periods begin January 1, 2027.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During an applicable drawing period:

• Take a photograph of the Season of Smiles promotional vehicle.
• Post the photograph to Facebook or Instagram.
• Tag Season of Smiles Foundation:

Facebook: Season of Smiles Foundation
• Your post must be public or otherwise visible to Season of Smiles Foundation so we can verify your entry.

Only posts meeting these requirements will be considered eligible entries.

6. ENTRY LIMIT

Limit one (1) eligible entry per person per drawing period. Multiple posts or photographs submitted by the same individual during the same drawing period will not result in additional entries.

7. PRIZE

One winner per drawing period will receive $100. The prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted through the social-media account used to enter. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted, Season of Smiles Foundation may select an alternate winner.

9. PHOTO & CONTENT PERMISSION

By entering, participants confirm that they have the right to submit the photograph they post. By entering, participants grant Season of Smiles Foundation permission to share or repost the submitted photograph on its website and social-media channels in connection with the Promotion and the Foundation’s activities.

10. SAFE PARTICIPATION

Participants must follow all applicable laws and use good judgment when taking photographs. Do not take photographs while driving, stop in unsafe locations, trespass on private property, or interfere with traffic in order to participate.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Season of Smiles Foundation reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, inappropriate, incomplete, submitted through automated means, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

Season of Smiles Foundation may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control interfere with the administration or integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes.

13. FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Season of Smiles Foundation and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
