Adam Faul founded Season of Smiles Foundation with one simple goal—to bring hope, joy, and practical support to children and families facing difficult circumstances. What began as a desire to make a difference in the lives of others has grown into a mission focused on ensuring every child feels seen, celebrated, and supported.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in recruiting, operations, and business development, Adam has built his career around developing people, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. Those same values now guide the vision of Season of Smiles Foundation.

Outside of his professional career, Adam has spent years teaching martial arts to children, helping them build confidence, discipline, respect, and resilience. Working with young people has reinforced his belief that every child deserves encouragement, positive role models, and opportunities to succeed.

As a father, the foundation's mission became deeply personal. Watching his own daughter grow up gave him a greater appreciation for the importance of feeling supported, celebrated, and loved. It also opened his eyes to the reality that many families struggle to provide even the most basic necessities or special moments that many of us take for granted. That perspective inspired him to create an organization dedicated to helping local children and families through school supply drives, birthday celebrations, care kits, holiday assistance, and other community programs.

As Founder and President, Adam leads the organization's vision, partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer initiatives while working alongside a dedicated team committed to creating lasting impacts throughout the community.

Adam believes that every act of kindness—no matter how small—has the power to change a life, and that every child deserves a reason to smile.

Terri is an experienced project management and operations professional with more than 30 years of leadership experience across corporate, community, faith-based, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership positions that have strengthened her ability to guide teams, organize complex initiatives, communicate effectively, and turn ideas into meaningful results.

In her current role with Verizon, Terri supports Generative AI initiatives focused on customer service, operational efficiency, analytics, and automation. She works closely with technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders to coordinate projects, manage priorities, support agile planning, and communicate progress clearly. Her professional experience includes project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, dashboard management, and the practical application of emerging technologies.

Terri also has a strong passion for serving others. Her nonprofit involvement reflects her commitment to supporting children, families, and communities through compassion, collaboration, and purposeful action. She brings a thoughtful, organized, and service-centered approach to every role she accepts.

Known for her strong leadership, dependability, and heart for people, Terri believes that meaningful change happens when individuals are willing to serve, lead with integrity, and use their experience to create opportunities for others.

Trista Yerkich Faul serves as Treasurer of Season of Smiles Foundation, where she combines her passion for serving others with more than 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management, enterprise technology consulting and strategic sales. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2006, a foundation that has shaped her approach to building meaningful relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and helping organizations navigate complex business transformations. Throughout her career, she has been committed to serving others through trust, collaboration, and innovative solutions.

As Treasurer, Trista oversees the Foundation’s financial stewardship, ensuring resources are managed responsibly to maximize the impact of every donation and partnership. She is passionate about creating opportunities that help children feel seen, celebrated, and supported, believing that even the smallest act of kindness can create a lasting impact.

Outside of her professional and nonprofit work, Trista enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, traveling with her husband, and spoiling her two French Bulldogs. She believes life’s greatest joy comes from investing in people and creating moments that make others smile.

Detail-oriented and mission-driven, Jessica supports board operations and helps keep the organization organized and compliant.

Dedicated to spreading awareness and building community partnerships, Nancy helps connect Season of Smiles Foundation with supporters and resources.

Tom is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in multiple roles within the Real Estate industry including Appraisal, Property and Asset Management, Commercial Underwriting, Development and Consulting. As a passionate advocate for lifting up children, Tom brings a unique blend of business expertise and enthusiasm to Season of Smiles.

With a background in Real Estate, Tom has led companies from Start-Ups to multi-generational companies; focusing on strength, strategic vision and commitment to housing for all.

Tom joined Season of Smiles because he believes in a grass roots organization that focuses on children and giving each child a smile, opportunity and a path toward a bright and successful future in the community.
When Tom is “off the clock” he enjoys everything outdoors especially hiking, adventure travel and chasing that perfect sunset.
